these shoes are very feminine and vintage styled. i really love the way they look on my feet. however i have strangely long toes, high arches with average width. the only surface these shoes had contact with my feet were my toes and hills. between my toes and hills my feet were suspended in the air. as the result these shoes didn’t lend any support for my feet. i do have similar style of shoes with same height and platform that provided better support than these shoes. these shoes would be a better fit for those who have very narrow feet with short toes and average arch. i took advice from other reviewers of these shoes from different site and ordered 1/2 size up. these shoes do run 1/2 size small. i’m sad to return these shoes.
